Tai Chi is a form of exercise that involves centering the mind and body through a series of slow and deliberate movements combined with focused breathing. The concept of Tai Chi is derived from the ancient Chinese concepts of Yin and Yang, where all things exist in both polarities and a natural balance. Although certain styles can reach varying levels of complexity, Tai Chi is a non rigorous Martial Art form that is accessible to people of all ages.
Our acupuncturist, Zion teaches a weekly Tai Chi Class at the Green Hills YMCA, Saturday mornings between 9:00 A.M. and 10:30 A.M.
