Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space. These movements are coordinated with specific breathing patterns. Similar to meditation, Qi Gong is a state of mental, spiritual, and physical balance. When practicing Qi Gong, one is in essence harnessing his/her energies, using the complementary and opposing forces of Yin and Yang to cultivate a balanced flow of qi.
